This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all courses, educational programs, bundles, mentorship services, funding-account-related programs, trading education services, and other paid services offered by GROWUP CAPITAL (“Growup Capital”, “we”, “us”, “our”) through our application, websites, landing pages, or other authorized channels.By purchasing any course or service from Growup Capital, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy.This Policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.---
1. GENERAL REFUND POLICY - Growup Capital provides digital and educational services, including recorded classes, live classes, educational material, mentorship, assessments, funding-account-related educational services, and other facilities.Because access to digital educational content and services may be activated shortly after purchase, course and service purchases are generally non-refundable once the purchase has been completed and access has been activated, except for the specific circumstances expressly described in this Policy.A student cannot claim a refund merely because:- They changed their mind;- They no longer wish to study the course;- They are unable or unwilling to attend classes;- They do not use the course;- They do not watch the recorded classes;- They do not attend live classes;- They do not use mentorship;- They do not use available course benefits;- They are dissatisfied with their personal trading performance;- They do not achieve their expected trading results;- They fail to achieve a particular income or profit;- They fail a third-party funding evaluation;- They do not use an eligible funding account;- They do not complete the course within the applicable access period.Except where expressly stated otherwise in this Policy, non-use of a purchased service does not create a right to a refund.---
2. PRE-REGISTRATION / PRE-BOOKING AMOUNT - Growup Capital may offer pre-registration or pre-booking facilities for selected programs.For example, a student may pay a pre-registration amount such as ₹5,000 to reserve or register interest in a course.Before Course PurchaseIf the student has paid a pre-registration amount but has not yet completed the purchase of the relevant course, the student may request cancellation and refund of the applicable pre-registration amount, subject to verification.After Course PurchaseOnce the student proceeds with the actual course purchase/enrollment, the pre-registration amount will be treated as part of the course transaction and the applicable course refund rules will apply.After course purchase, the amount will generally become non-refundable except for the specific exceptions mentioned in this Policy.---
3. COURSE PURCHASES ARE GENERALLY NON-REFUNDABLE - Once a student purchases a course and the course access is activated, the purchase is generally non-refundable.This applies regardless of whether the student:- Has watched the course;- Has watched only part of the course;- Has not watched any class;- Has attended live classes;- Has not attended live classes;- Has used mentorship;- Has not used mentorship;- Has downloaded content for permitted offline viewing;- Has not used the available facilities.The student is responsible for reviewing the course details, features, duration, applicable benefits, and pricing before completing the purchase.---
4. NO REFUND FOR NON-USE - A student cannot request a refund solely because they decide not to use the purchased course or service.Examples include:- Personal schedule changes;- Lack of time;- Change of career plans;- Loss of interest;- Travel;- Personal circumstances;- Failure to attend classes;- Failure to complete the course.Non-use or incomplete use of a course does not automatically create a refund entitlement.---
5. COURSE ACCESS PERIOD - Unless otherwise specified for a particular program, course access is generally provided for one (1) year from activation/purchase.Students are responsible for using the course within the applicable access period.Failure to use the course during the access period does not create an automatic refund right.---
6. TECHNICAL ISSUES AND ACCESS PROBLEMS - If a student experiences a genuine technical problem preventing access to purchased educational content, Growup Capital will make reasonable efforts to assist the student and resolve the issue.Technical problems may include:- Login issues;- Course-access issues;- Application-related problems;- Video playback issues;- Activation problems;- Other genuine technical issues affecting access.Students should contact Growup Capital support at:support@growupcapitalfx.comAccess Extension Due to Prolonged Technical ProblemsGrowup Capital will generally attempt to resolve technical problems as soon as reasonably possible.If a genuine technical issue remains unresolved for an extended period, including potentially one or two months due to circumstances beyond the student's reasonable control, Growup Capital may extend the applicable course access period by an appropriate period so that the student is not unfairly deprived of access due to a verified technical problem.An access extension is a service remedy and does not automatically create a cash-refund entitlement.---
7. PAYMENT COMPLETED BUT COURSE ACCESS NOT ACTIVATED - If a payment has been successfully completed but the student's course access is not automatically activated, the student should contact Growup Capital support.Growup Capital may verify:1. Payment information;2. Payment gateway records;3. Backend transaction records;4. Student-provided payment proof;5. Relevant account/enrollment information.If the payment is successfully verified as received by Growup Capital but automatic activation has not occurred, Growup Capital may provide course access manually, including through an activation key or another authorized activation method.Such manual activation may take up to two (2) days after successful verification in certain circumstances.A student must not make false, fraudulent, manipulated, or misleading payment claims.Where a fraudulent or knowingly false payment claim is identified, Growup Capital reserves the right to suspend access, reject the claim, and take appropriate legal or other action where permitted by law.---
8. DUPLICATE PAYMENTS - If a student accidentally makes a duplicate payment for the same course or service, the additional verified duplicate payment may be eligible for refund after verification.Growup Capital may verify the transaction through:- Payment gateway records;- Internal transaction records;- Student account information;- Payment references/proofs.Once verified, the duplicate amount may be refunded through an appropriate refund method.---
9. EMI PURCHASES - Courses purchased through EMI facilities are subject to the same refund rules as other course purchases.Purchasing a course through EMI does not create an additional cancellation or refund right.Once the course has been purchased and access has been activated, the purchase will generally remain non-refundable even if:- The student has not completed the course;- The student stops attending classes;- The student changes their mind;- The student wishes to discontinue the course;- Future EMI installments remain payable under the applicable financing/payment arrangement.Any matter relating to an EMI facility, financing arrangement, interest, charges, or cancellation must also be handled in accordance with the applicable terms of the relevant bank, card issuer, financing provider, or payment service provider.---
10. FUNDING ACCOUNT AND PROP-FIRM RELATED SERVICES - Certain Growup Capital programs may include or provide access to a funding account through third-party proprietary trading/funding firms.Growup Capital itself is not the proprietary trading/funding firm.The applicable third-party firm's own rules, terms, eligibility requirements, challenge conditions, and refund policies may apply.Funding Account Not UsedWhere a funding account has been provided to a student and the student does not use the account and does not place any trade, refund eligibility may be considered subject to the applicable third-party firm's rules and the specific terms of the purchased program.Funding Account FailedIf a student uses the funding account and subsequently fails the applicable funding evaluation/challenge/account rules, failure of the account does not create an automatic refund right from Growup Capital.Trading performance, discipline, risk management, strategy, and compliance with the funding firm's rules are the responsibility of the student.Third-Party Funding Firm RefundsWhere a refund is governed by the rules of a third-party funding/proprietary trading firm, such refund will be handled according to that firm's applicable policy and guidelines.Different funding firms may have different rules.Examples of third-party firms with whom Growup Capital may have arrangements or relationships may include For Traders and FundingPips, subject to the applicable program and current business arrangements.Growup Capital does not guarantee the approval, passing, funding, continuation, or refund of any third-party funding account.---
11. MASTER TRADING PROGRAM - Growup Capital may offer a bundled program known as the Master Trading Program.The Master Trading Program may include multiple educational courses, facilities, and services under one bundled purchase.Depending on the applicable package, these may include:- Multiple trading courses;- Forex education;- Crypto education;- Scalping education;- SMC education;- Funding-related education;- Mentorship;- Live classes;- Recorded classes;- Other educational facilities;- Applicable funding-account benefits;- Career support;- Other facilities communicated at the time of purchase.When a student purchases the Master Trading Program as a bundle, the bundle is treated as a single bundled program.A student cannot generally request a reduction in the purchase price or a partial refund merely because they decide not to use one or more of the included courses, facilities, or services.For example, a student cannot purchase the Master Trading Program and subsequently request a refund/reduction on the basis that they do not wish to use:- The Forex course;- The Crypto course;- The Scalping course;- The SMC course;- Mentorship;- Live classes;- Funding-related facilities;- Other included services.The bundled price is determined for the overall program and not calculated as the sum of individually refundable components.---
12. INDIVIDUAL COURSES AND SERVICES - Growup Capital may also offer individual courses or services separately, including but not limited to:- Forex course;- Crypto course;- Scalping course;- SMC course;- Funding-related course/service;- Mentorship;- One-to-one sessions;- Other specialized educational programs.Each individual course or service may have its own:- Price;- Duration;- Course content;- Features;- Access period;- Eligibility;- Included benefits.Purchasing an individual course or service does not automatically provide access to other courses or services unless expressly included in the relevant program.The refund rules applicable to the individually purchased service will apply separately.---
13. MENTORSHIP AND ONE-TO-ONE SESSIONS - Mentorship may be provided through group sessions or one-to-one sessions depending on the applicable program.Where mentorship is included within a purchased course, the mentorship facility generally remains available only during the applicable course/mentorship period.A student who does not use available mentorship or one-to-one sessions generally will not be entitled to a refund or reduction in course fees.Where a separate one-to-one session is purchased, cancellation and refund eligibility will be determined according to the specific terms communicated at the time of purchase.---
14. LIVE CLASSES - Live classes are an educational facility and may be scheduled according to the applicable course timetable.Classes may be rescheduled, postponed, or changed due to:- Instructor availability;- Technical issues;- Holidays;- Operational requirements;- Emergencies;- Other reasonable circumstances.A change in class timing does not automatically create a refund right.Where recordings are available, they may be provided through the application.---
15. CERTIFICATES - Where a course includes a certificate, failure to complete applicable requirements or failure to use the certificate facility does not create a refund entitlement.Certificates may be subject to course completion, attendance, assessment, or other applicable requirements.---
16. JOB PLACEMENT AND CAREER SUPPORT - Growup Capital may provide job-placement assistance, career guidance, assessments, interviews, and opportunities to work with Growup Capital or associated operations.Such opportunities are not an unconditional guarantee of employment.If a student does not qualify through applicable tests, assessments, interviews, or selection processes, this does not create a refund entitlement.Likewise, a student who chooses not to participate in career-support or job-placement opportunities will generally not be entitled to a refund or reduction in course fees.---
17. TRADING PERFORMANCE AND REFUND - No refund will be provided solely because a student:- Does not make a profit;- Experiences trading losses;- Does not achieve expected returns;- Does not achieve a particular income;- Does not achieve a particular win rate;- Does not become a profitable trader;- Does not pass a funding evaluation;- Does not achieve a desired trading performance.Trading involves significant risk, and individual results vary.Growup Capital does not guarantee trading profits, income, returns, funding-account success, or any specific financial outcome.---
18. ACCOUNT VIOLATIONS AND REFUND - If a student's access is suspended or terminated due to violation of Growup Capital's Terms & Conditions, including:- Account sharing;- Unauthorized content distribution;- Screen recording;- Course piracy;- Reselling;- Fraud;- Payment fraud;- Abuse or harassment;- Unauthorized access;- Community-rule violations;- Other serious misconduct;the student will generally not be entitled to a refund for the remaining unused course period, subject to applicable law.Growup Capital may also take appropriate legal action where necessary.---
19. COURSE DISCONTINUATION BY GROWUP CAPITAL - Growup Capital may modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue a course or service in the future.Where a course is discontinued:Completed CoursesIf a student's course has already been substantially/completely completed, discontinuation of the course will not automatically create a refund entitlement.Recently Purchased / Partially Completed CoursesWhere a course is discontinued and a student has recently purchased the course or has completed only part of the applicable course period/content, Growup Capital may review the circumstances on a case-by-case basis.Depending on the circumstances, Growup Capital may consider:- Alternative course/access;- Continued access to available material;- Extension;- Partial refund;- Full refund;- Another mutually agreed resolution.Any such resolution will be determined after reviewing the specific circumstances and communicating with the affected student.---
20. EXCEPTIONAL REFUNDS - Although Growup Capital's courses are generally non-refundable after purchase and activation, exceptional situations may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.Examples may include:- Duplicate payment;- Verified payment error;- Payment received but service cannot reasonably be provided;- Certain verified technical or operational circumstances;- Course discontinuation circumstances;- Other situations where Growup Capital determines that an exception is appropriate.An exceptional refund granted in one situation does not create an automatic right to a refund in future or similar cases.---
21. REFUND METHOD - Where a refund is approved, Growup Capital may process the refund through one of the following methods, depending on the circumstances:- Original payment method;- Payment gateway;- Bank transfer;- Another verified payment method.The applicable method may depend on the original transaction, payment provider, banking procedures, and operational requirements.---
22. REFUND PROCESSING TIME - After approval of an eligible refund, processing time may vary depending on:- Payment gateway;- Bank;- Card issuer;- EMI provider;- Payment method;- Banking holidays;- Other third-party processing requirements.Growup Capital may not be responsible for delays caused solely by third-party payment providers or banking systems.---
23. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND - Where a refund request is permitted under this Policy, the student must contact:support@growupcapitalfx.comThe request should include, where applicable:- Student's full name;- Registered mobile number;- Registered email address;- Course/service name;- Transaction/order ID;- Date of purchase;- Payment details/reference;- Reason for the request;- Supporting documents/proof, if required.Growup Capital may verify the student's identity and transaction before making a decision.---
24. FRAUDULENT OR FALSE REFUND CLAIMS - Growup Capital reserves the right to investigate refund claims.If a student knowingly submits:- False payment proof;- Manipulated screenshots;- False transaction information;- Fraudulent claims;- False statements;- Misleading information;Growup Capital may reject the claim and may suspend the relevant account or take appropriate legal action where permitted by law.---
25. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES - Students are encouraged to contact Growup Capital support before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback where the issue concerns course access, payment verification, or another service-related matter.Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may be investigated.Where a payment dispute is initiated, Growup Capital may provide relevant transaction, enrollment, access, and service records to the applicable payment provider, bank, card network, or dispute-resolution process as permitted by law.---
26. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY - Growup Capital may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time to reflect:- Changes in our services;- New courses;- New payment methods;- Changes in applicable law;- Operational requirements;- Changes to refund procedures.The updated Policy will be published through the applicable website, application, or other appropriate platform.---
27. RELATIONSHIP WITH TERMS & CONDITIONS - This Refund & Cancellation Policy forms part of Growup Capital's overall Terms & Conditions.In the event of a conflict between this Policy and a specific written agreement or special offer communicated to a student, the specific terms applicable to that transaction may govern to the extent of the conflict.---
28. GOVERNING LAW - This Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of India.Any dispute relating to refunds, cancellations, or services shall be handled in accordance with the applicable dispute-resolution provisions contained in Growup Capital's Terms & Conditions and applicable law.---

IMPORTANT SUMMARY By purchasing a Growup Capital course or service, the student acknowledges that:
1. Course purchases are generally non-refundable after purchase and activation.
2. Pre-registration amounts may be refundable before the relevant course is purchased, subject to the applicable terms.
3. Genuine technical problems will be addressed through support and, where appropriate, access may be extended.
4. Duplicate verified payments may be eligible for refund.
5. EMI purchases are subject to the same refund rules.
6. Failure to pass a funding evaluation does not automatically qualify for a refund.
7. Third-party funding-provider refund rules may apply where relevant.
8. Master Trading Program is a bundled program and unused components do not automatically create a partial-refund or price-reduction right.
9. Trading losses or failure to achieve expected results do not qualify for a refund.
10. Fraudulent refund claims may result in account suspension and appropriate legal action.
